Avento is working for the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in the framework of the Talent Development Scheme program, to assess the safeguarding and care of players in National Football Academies in South America.

This evaluation consists of on-site visits to these academies, and writing reports on the level of development of the academies in terms of protection and welfare criteria for athletes.
