Avento, in collaboration with Gloria Viseras, has updated the protocol of action against sexual harassment and abuse in placeat the Higher Council of Sports (CSD). The project was developed with the participation of an interdepartmental committee from the CSD, and the collaboration of Spanish Sports Federations. The result of the work is two versions of the protocol, one for sports federations and clubs; and another for Training Centres and High-Performance Centres.

In addition, a series of complementary measures has been developed for implementation in sports organisations with a view to preventing situations of risk: codes of behaviour for athletes and technical, managerial and medical staff; for changing room and shower use; physiotherapy and body-building rooms; travel and overnight stays; protocols of behaviour in the stands and at awards ceremonies; protocols for the communication and use of images, etc. At the end of the day, the idea is to provide all sports bodies with tools to help prevent violence in sport, and for taking action when this kind of situation arises.
