Sports facilities play an essential part both in designing an attractive sports offer and in consolidating a quality sporting activity. However, as well as responding to the demands and expectations of the different population segments, sports facilities must also be sustainable.
We provide advice during the stage prior to the construction of sports facilities, analysing the existing sports needs and defining the sports activities programme. We also draw up programmes of requirements for remodelling sports facilities that are already up and running.
We believe that detailed knowledge of the economic reality of sports facilities is essential if we are to achieve their efficient management. We analyse the costs of a facility and of the different activities on offer, also calculating different economic indicators with a view to facilitating decision making in the management of said facilities.
We produce economic viability and facility development plans for sports organisations, bodies and clubs.
