Sports management plans
At Avento we work to ensure that any sports body can achieve the necessary economic viability for the optimum development of their activity. We study every case and draw up bespoke viability plans enabling sports projects to progress and produce a socio-economic impact in their area of action.
We produce integral management plans for sports bodies, starting with an initial exhaustive analysis made and shared with the body as the basis for achieving an effective management tool.
